FAQ : WAXING

What type of wax is used for your service:

Hard wax is an excellent choice for all waxing services. It adheres to hair rather than skin, hardening on the surface to allow for easy removal by hand, eliminating the need for strips. Many find it to be less painful than soft wax, making it a popular option for various body areas, including the face, bikini line, underarms, and legs. Experience the benefits of hard wax for a smoother, more comfortable waxing experience.

How long does my hair need to be to get waxed ?

You'll get the best results if you let the hair grow to about ¼ inch so the wax can fully grab the hair. Which is about two weeks of no shaving, trimming or epilating.

Can I still wax while being pregnant ?

First, congratulations! Secondly, yes, you can still wax. However, you may experience more skin sensitivity due to the hormonal changes your body's going through.

Can I wax on my period ?

Yes! As long as you have a clean tampon or menstrual cup in. Although your sensitivity can be heighten during this time.

How do I take care of my skin after waxing ?

After your waxing service, it's important to take a few steps to ensure your skin stays smooth and irritation-free. For the next 24 hours, avoid hot baths, saunas, and excessive sun exposure to give your skin time to recover. Keep the area moisturized with a, fragrance-free lotion, and refrain from exfoliating for 72 hours. If you experience any redness or discomfort, applying a cold compress can help soothe the skin.

How long will my results last?

Usually your wax will last between 3–4 weeks but everyone’s rate of regrowth is different, so results will vary between guests.
